Spelling and memory

There is some debate about the validity of 'brain fog'--cognitive difficulties associated with Sjogren's Syndrome and other autoimmune disease. I have noticed changes in myself over the past few years. I soon will be 36; older for certain, but definitely not a candidate for dementia yet. I sure hope so. This lack of brain power scares me.
