elixir

Last week, I could feel a cold coming on. (Gee, thanks kids.)

I drank lots of water and took about 4 ounces of my newly harvested? brewed? kombucha tea with a little bit of unsweetened apple juice. I turned in early.

Maybe it was wishful thinking, or the water. But I forgot until mid-morning that I had even caught the bug.

Or maybe kombucha has been around for thousands of years for a reason.

Well let's here it for relief!
did you brew your own kombucha? Kevin tried doing that this summer and didn't really care for his batch. I think he needs to keep tweaking it, but with his second batch, the culture got moldy-not in a good way.
